Thank Yous

I’ve learned through my study of the Law of Attraction and how to apply it in everyday life that being grateful for what you already have, will powerfully bring more good things into your life.  Although I am grateful for many things, I know I sometimes forget to slow down and give thanks for things like sunshine on a warm Saturday afternoon (it’s nice out in New York today)…. or a warm cup of coffee made to perfection.

I’m struggling with some personal issues that at times can make me feel like I’m hanging off the edge of a cliff, gripping the rocks so hard my knuckles are white.  Those moments make it challenging for me to be grateful.  I catch myself wondering, “why am I going through this?”  Even though in my heart I know there is a good reason, I just haven’t figured it out yet.  Frustrating yes… But life goes on and everyone has things they must contend with.

In an effort to bring more peace into my life, my mind and my heart… I will make a practice of giving thanks when I remember.
